Kip Oldham, AIA

Principal Architect

Kip Oldham graduated from Auburn Univeristy with a degree in Architecture. In the spring

of 1997, after extensive project experience in large international projects with a multinational firm based in Atlanta, Kip Oldham was led to step out and begin his own local architectural design practice. With that decision, K A Oldham Design, Inc was conceived as a one man firm in the spare bedroom of a small house in historic Newnan, GA.

I am an Army Brat from birth. The majority of my life has been lived in the South with a brief stint in my early childhood spent in Alaska. I have been blessed to live in Newnan, Georgia for the last 14 years and I don’t see that changing in the foreseeable future. My world is filled with my family, which consists of his beautiful wife and four busy children, and my work. My lazy dog, Bogey, does not take much time at all. I enjoy being at my kids’ many activities and embarrassing them with cheering and encouragement. I also enjoy spending time at the lake and mowing the grass, wherever it needs it. I keep a baseball around to keep my hands busy and try not to spend too much time worrying about my ever increasing bald spots.
